Fitness Center 

Located on the 3rd floor, the Fitness Center includes state-of-the-art exercise equipment including cardio and strength training machines and a studio for yoga, TRX and more.  Each piece of cardio equipment has its own TV screen. The facility is free for tenants with badge access.  To use the gym, fill out a fitness waiver prior to gaining access to the facility.   

There are full locker rooms for men and women complete with lockers and showers. Shampoo, conditioner and body wash are available, but please be sure to bring your own towel. 

Free Wifi is available, network name is 325 Chestnut Fitness Center, password is MRP247365.

Steps to gain access to the Fitness Center:

1. Download and fill out the fitness waiver linked below (you will need your badge ID number to complete).

2. Submit the completed fitness waiver by uploading it to this folder here:

3. The administrative team will submit your waiver to MRP realty and you will be notified once access is granted. Typical turnaround is 2 – 5 business days.
