Booking a Conference Room and Workstation (Skedda)

Skedda is an office management and scheduling tool (featuring an interactive map) that allows employees to reserve workspaces and conference rooms when visiting HQ.  

All spaces at HQ must be booked prior to use via Skedda

Using Skedda, you may book the following resources: 

  • Conference rooms 
  • Offices 
  • Workstations 
  • Video Rooms 

Please note you may not reserve any of the conference rooms or video rooms as a primary, all day workstation unless approved in advance by your supervisor and coordinated with the office administrative team.  

Feel free to reserve space on a repeating cycle but be sure to utilize the “excluding” function on those days when you won’t be in your space.

Two-Way Sync for Microsoft Outlook: 

This feature allows employees to review availability (of rooms/attendees) on the Microsoft side and create/manage bookings that will be synced to the Skedda platform. Bookings (with or without attendees) can also be created/managed on the Skedda side and these will be synced to your Outlook Calendar. 

Currently, two-way sync is only available for conference rooms (The Mayflower & Rhapsody In White) and video rooms (Christy Cummings & Sheri Ann Cabot).
