There is no “policy.” While we believe we all benefit greatly from being together in person, we also know that being able to manage your schedule to fit your life is critical to your happiness. You are not required to be onsite unless otherwise instructed by your direct manager or as part of an IndEssential week (or for in-person Management Meetings if you’re a manager).
That said, come in as often as you like! Every workstation and office is equipped with two monitors, a docking station, a keyboard, and a mouse.
