Convenience: Pay for your travel using the IndeVets corporate card already linked to your account - no longer will you have to wait for a reimbursement through Abacus. (Travelers will always have the option to use their own credit card, should they choose)
Insight: See where and when your peers are traveling so you can book your flights and/or hotels together. See where others have stayed in the past or choose from a company preferred hotel.
Efficiency: Your travel documents and frequent-flier programs can be saved in your profile. Gain loyalty points while saving the organization money.

Please ensure your name listed in TravelPerk matches your government issued identification. If it does not, follow these instructions. This is important before booking any travel via TravelPerk.

Before your first hotel stay, please read this quick article. TravelPerk at times may provide virtual credit cards for payment at check-in; do not pay the base rate with your own card. Also note, you will be required to provide a security deposit for incidentals and at times taxes and fees; in this case it is okay to use your personal card.

Uber Business

All employees receive an invitation to join Uber Business. This account allows you to charge your ground transportation directly to IndeVets when visiting the office for IndEssential weeks or other major events.

Uber is activated and ready for usage the Friday before each IndEssential week.
We encourage sharing rides with your peers. Utilize Teams Mobile App to connect and coordinate rides with one another!
Uber XL can fit up to 6 passengers at a time, and they are available as an option on the Uber app.

Office Lockers

Office lockers are located by the back door. Keep personal items in the lockers after work hours. Each locker comes with a key and a wristband. When you are done using the locker, please be sure that all personal items are removed and that the key is returned to the lock for the next employee.

Wellness Room

The wellness room is a private and lockable space near the lockers in the back hallway. This space may be used by anyone who needs a private space to take a short break. We have equipped it with a sink, a mini fridge, and feminine hygiene products. It is available as a comfortable space for any of our nursing moms. Disinfectant wipes are provided – please be sure to wipe down the space after use.
